OraVu® Returns and Damaged Items Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item sold by OraVu®, you can return your unused purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals & parts for a refund per the terms and conditions outlined below. For most items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Refunds will be issued within 60 days of receipt of returned item.
Where appropriate, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. In the case of products financed by a third party, a check will be issued in the name of the purchaser on file. We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange, such as in the case of damaged items returned to OraVu® without a customer damage report filed.
Many items do not have a restocking fee if they are returned unused and in original packaging. See the list below for details.
25% Plus refurbishment, if necessary
Undamaged units only, within 30 days of training. No refunds after 30 days. Items must be return shipped in original packaging.
Xplorer™ hand tools
Must be unused and returned in original packaging. No refunds after 30 days.
No returns or refunds for sheaths, except as covered under Warranty.
Must be unused and returned in original packaging. No refunds after 30 days, except as covered under Warranty.
Other replacement parts
Must be unused and returned in original packaging. No refunds after 30 days from delivery.
No refunds for training.
Customer pays all shipping costs except in the case of defective or products that arrive damaged at the customer site. Please refer to the product’s Warranty for shipping associated with defective products.
Delivered items mandatory damage reporting requirement
Carefully examine your purchases upon delivery. Any visible damage on delivered items must be reported within 3 business days of its delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To report damages, call Support at 1-480-214-9587 between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm MST Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.
For items determined to be due to manufacturer’s defect, please refer to the Warranty provided with your product. Restocking fees do not apply when item is returned as defective or because incorrect product was delivered.
